- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free conciliation $50 an hour for in home personal training (I do not provide equipment but is also not required) Diet tips are free but I can create a complete diet plan specific to you and your goals if requested. I would highly suggest it as well. $40 a week as it will require changes as your body changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Internet research. There is TONS of useful info on the web. Unfortunately there is also tons of useless and false info. You just gotta know where to look. Credited studies are my main source of information as well as tips directly from the top people in each specific field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Free consultations, provide diet plans specific to each client, provide and demonstrate proper form and technique, mental motivation, and a training regimen specific to each clients goals.
