Prices depend on the scope of work needed. Prices can be per hour or per deliverable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to the customer then finding out their requirements. I will then write up my understanding of the requirements or scope of work then work with them to edit to ensure we have a complete scope of work. I will then negotiate price and delivery dates. Once confirmed, start working with the customer to complete their requirements and deliver within the time frame negotiated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Information Systems Technology, a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification, MS Project Certification, ITIL, and Certified Scrum Master. I also have training in lots of software and tools: MS O365, SharePoint, Visio, VSTS Kanban Board, Monday, Docusign, Loom, Constant Contact, Stripe, Shopify, Zoom, Google Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slide, Sites, etc.
