For Notary Services $8 per initial signature and $5.00 flat fee for locations within 10 miles of Germantown, MD then $5.00 + $0.70 per mile (IRS rate) for locations 10 miles or more away (Mileage is calculated roundtrip and rounded up to the nearest mile) Up to 15 minutes wait time allowed and $25 per 30-minute block after initial 15-minute wait Other charges may apply if circumstances change for same day rush or after hours service requests.
