For Notary Services $8 per initial signature and $5.00 flat fee for locations within 10 miles of Germantown, MD then $5.00 + $0.70 per mile (IRS rate) for locations 10 miles or more away (Mileage is calculated roundtrip and rounded up to the nearest mile) Up to 15 minutes wait time allowed and $25 per 30-minute block after initial 15-minute wait Other charges may apply if circumstances change for same day rush or after hours service requests. Rates are subject to change For Process Server Rates Routine – $75 • First attempt within 5 business days • Up to 3 total attempts made over 5–7 business days Rush – $105 • First attempt within 72 hours • Up to 3 total attempts made over 3–5 business days Same Day – $135 • First attempt same day (if received before cutoff) • Up to 3 total attempts made over 3 business days Additional flat-rate travel fees apply for service outside Montgomery County: • +$20 – Frederick County & Howard County • +$30 – Prince George’s County (selected areas) • +$40 – Anne Arundel, Baltimore County/City, Carroll County, Northern Virginia Additional fees may apply for rural, gated, or hard-to-access areas.
