Bobby Ghavami had renovated my house in 2011. He build two car garage, addition with large master bathroom master bedroom remodel my kitchen add large space to kitchen and many more. What I like about him the most is his attitude and respect he had for me and my family. Even though he has very professional crew he was always working himself along with them very organized and professional he was always on time and work for long hours he delivered his job above my expectations as he said in the beginning and as his references also told me and his price is very reasonable, at last I should say I couldn't find any other contractor to make me this happy with my house renovation and had no problem so far after three years. He is very educated professional respectful hardworking contractor and it was nice having him around while he was working for us and he become a good friend of our family since then.....

Bobby did an excellent job guiding our renovation and keeping at a reasonable cost. He was helpful and delivered the project on time. Additionally he always kept the work space clean every night. Wonderful contractor to work with!

Bobby Ghavami of Malik Remodeling is a knowledgeable,reliable,trustworthy,flexible man, and he runs his business in a most professional manner. He built us an addition that we love so much and we asked him come back and remodel our kitchen . He is also a good friend .we strongly suggest him for a professional,trouble free project. Bobby is very friendly and finish the project on time and quality. The price are reasonable and satisfied with the work. He completed two projects and I will go again with him for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flaxable in that department , understand owner's hardships at times , work with them on payments extensions and sometime give them time to come up with the final payment . Since I see how happy they are with my work , I have no doubt that I will eventually get pay.

Besides the fact that I am a civil engineer , I constantly attend seminars and study the latest methods of construction.
