Captain Appliance Repair responded almost immediately when I submitted my request for a dryer repair. We scheduled for the following day, the service tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it right there. I was very impressed with the work done, and he’s personable to boot. He even provided some guidance on what would help mitigate any problems in the future. If I have any appliance issues in the future, I’ll definitely use them again.

My double wall oven stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Had to wait a couple days for a part to come in and the next day technician finished the repair. Charged a extremely reasonable price. Excellent service - very happy customer!
