I had a great experience. I reached out on Thumbtack and got a phone call within minutes—he arrived in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and took the job seriously. He isolated the problem (grease/grime in the kitchen branch), explained my options and cost up front, then snaked the line all the way to the basement and cleared it. The sink drains perfectly now. My backup sump pump system failed right before several days of heavy rain were forecasted, so I needed an experienced and licensed plumber as soon as possible. I reached out through the Thumbtack app and Mr. Fanai responded almost immediately. Within two hours he was at my home troubleshooting the issue. He thoroughly cleaned a large amount of buildup in the sump pump basin and replaced my backup system with a new Watchdog system. While he was here, he also fixed a bedroom toilet that had started leaking the day before and installed a bidet for me. I could not be more satisfied with the service. Mr. Fanai was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair compared to other plumbers in the area, and the quality of the work was excellent. It is rare to find a company that is this reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend Trust Plumbing and Drain Services without hesitation.
