This is my first time Noah Claxton and his assistant came to my home. We have been having water seeping into our basement after some continuous heavy May rainfalls in northern Virginia. A previous plumber snaked the drain in the laundry room sink and also the pipe in the basement floor and replaced the metal plug. The latest nightmare was water seeping again through the same basement floor pipe opening. Noah checked the washing machine in the laundry room for any possible pipe breakages. He turned on the adjacent sink full blast to see if the water was stopped up. It was running okay. Then he noticed the black rubber piece that directs water from the washing machine to the adjoining sink, had not been put back in place, (by a previous plumber) resulting in water flowing onto the floor behind the washing machine and through the wall and pouring out of the plug onto the basement floor. What a relief it was that the pipes were fine and the water leak could be stopped.🙂
