The technician responded quickly on a weekend, diagnosed the issue correctly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional, courteous, and got my AC running again the same day. While I felt the cost of the repair was higher than expected, I appreciated the prompt service and expertise, especially on a weekend. Overall, a positive experience and I would consider using this company again.

He spent hours trouble shooting and wrote up a clear and coherent diagnosis of the issue that allowed me to take further action. I placed an inquiry on Thumbtack and Addy responded almost immediately. He came over the same day, which I did not expect but I was so thankful.
