JMS responded within minutes after I put my service request in. My furnace was leaking and they made availability to come the same day. Technician was knowledgeable and he explained his troubleshooting process as he did the work. My furnace was repaired and restored back to normal. Thanks JMS HVAC! I couldn’t have done it without Juan. He knew what the problem was immediately and even though the process took over a few days because of the contractor in place, Juan worked with and around the contractor (who was actually at fault) and he found the issue, fixed the wire and now we have heat and cooling. Juan is my goto guy from now on. He should be your first choice for reliable service
