I couldn’t have done it without Juan. He knew what the problem was immediately and even though the process took over a few days because of the contractor in place, Juan worked with and around the contractor (who was actually at fault) and he found the issue, fixed the wire and now we have heat and cooling. Juan is my goto guy from now on. He should be your first choice for reliable service

Excellent service and follow thru. He was on time on Christmas Day and took us thru everything he was doing along with suggestions for maintenance when the weather gets warmer. Will definitely use them again for system maintenance as the weather gets warmer.

JMS was quick to respond and to come out when a rental property had no heat. A part had to be ordered, and he came out the same day it arrived to install it. He was very understanding in that I was out of the country at the time and had spotty Internet while I was out. He allowed me to wait until I got back to my hotel room to send him the payment. He also sent videos showing the work that he did. I would use JMS again and would highly recommend JMS for HVAC work.

JMS responded within minutes after I put my service request in. My furnace was leaking and they made availability to come the same day. Technician was knowledgeable and he explained his troubleshooting process as he did the work. My furnace was repaired and restored back to normal. Thanks JMS HVAC!
