Juan arrived with another man on time for our scheduled appointment, he introduced himself and was professional and polite. He asked if I knew where my outside unit for my HVAC system was located and I showed this to him. One of the gentleman when outside while Juan remained inside my apartment checking the indoor portion of my Fujitsu Halcyon DC inverter or mini split indoor units. They worked both outside and inside and communicated with each other over their phones. They were able to determine exactly what was needed to restore the heat from my mini split. I paid them for the 2 hours that they spent to diagnose the problems with the entire system. Since I am a renter I did not feel it correct that I should pay for the service needed to repair or maintain the system, I do however have nothing but positive things to say about the service and professional demeanor of Juan and his co-worker. If I ever do need their help I hope that I can use them again because of the 100% satisfaction I feel from their honesty and willingness to really find the problem(s).
