I recently hired Luis and his crew (Hector, Edgar, and David) to install a 25’x30’ cement basketball pad in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Luis is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and his pricing is unbeatable — especially considering the level of quality he delivers. What really stood out was Luis’s commitment before I even hired him. He drove 90 minutes to my house twice at the very beginning. He first met with my wife, but then made the long drive back the same day just so he could walk the project with me personally and make sure we went over all the markings together. That meant driving six hours in one day — before he was even officially hired. On top of that, Luis noticed one of my gutters needed attention and offered to fix it free of charge, even though it had nothing to do with the job. And he followed through. The basketball pad turned out perfect — clean lines, a smooth finish, and excellent attention to detail. We’re very picky, and Luis exceeded every expectation. His crew was respectful, skilled, and efficient from start to finish. I’ve already recommended Luis to two neighbors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing concrete work. Blue Wave Construction completed our patio and fire pit around our pool, and I had them come back the following year to build our pickleball court, the surrounding stone/ retaining wall, sod, and finish the area around the playground. It was a big dream project, and they truly brought it to life. The workmanship was excellent, and they've always come back promptly to address any issues. The only thing to note is that the project ended up being larger than initially estimated, and the cost increased as more work was needed along the way. Just something to be aware of. Overall, I'm very happy with Blue Wave Construction and would recommend them.
