Instruction was for Infant, Child & Adult CPR, AED, First Aid renewal training. It took approximately 2 hrs. Ms. Buggs was on time and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She questioned me to ensure that I understood the information correctly. I engaged in practical hands on experience as well as visual interactive learning by watching the video. I satisfactorily completed the test. Overall the training was excellent. I would highly recommend Ms. Buggs as a very efficient, professional and pleasant instructor. Thank you Ilene Plummer

Victoria was so great! She made the class fun and at the same time everyone learned. She was extremely knowledgeable and always stopped to make sure no one had questions, needed more practice, etc. I highly recommend her for your CPR training/certification needs. Our CABS class had 13 teen agers attend. Victoria was great with the students, providing classroom instruction and hands on training. She was well prepared and provided a booklet for further instruction to the students on how to start their own babysitting business, along with instructions on every thing they learned during the class. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also required to keep my training current so I attend refresher courses and renewal courses as well. I also required to be knowledgeable of all changes concerning CPR and cardiovascular health.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am healthcare provider and this is a great chance to keep doing what I love to do and that is teach.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared to learn and actively participate in the training.
