Victoria was a great instructor. After her course I feel confident in my ability to administer firstaid and CPR. I would highly recommend Victoria for firstaid and CPRtraining.

Victoria was so great! She made the class fun and at the same time everyone learned. She was extremely knowledgeable and always stopped to make sure no one had questions, needed more practice, etc. I highly recommend her for your CPRtraining/certification needs. I feel very prepared for the birth of my first child. I Thank you for a great afternoon!

Instruction was for Infant, Child & Adult CPR, AED, FirstAid renewal training. It took approximately 2 hrs. Ms. Buggs was on time and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She questioned me to ensure that I understood the information correctly. I engaged in practical hands on experience as well as visual interactive learning by watching the video. I satisfactorily completed the test. Overall the training was excellent. I would highly recommend Ms. Buggs as a very efficient, professional and pleasant instructor.
Thank you

Victoria was easy to get in touch with, friendly and cheerful, organized, and great with the adults and teenage girls in our CPR class. Her knowledge and teaching skills were equally appreciated!
