I had my front porch repaired. That included the wood floor being removed, replacing rotten wood beams and replacing it with composite deck flooring. Also painted the columns, new crown borders, inside the porch was done excellently and a new porch ceiling was installed. The contractor and his team worked timely, efficiently, removed all wood or trash, and they were polite and conscious of the work I needed done. Professional about the work along with presenting be with my contract. I would definitely hire again and will be referring José to family, friends and anyone that would need an excellent contractor. Thank you José for an job well done

Screened Porch Project
Met with the Pro to go over the project and estimate they provided. They took measurements and explained what they would be able to do and provided responses to my concerns. The team arrived on time to begin the job, were very professional and respectful of my property. Throughout the project, they took the time to keep me informed on the status and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Although the work was delayed due to a thunderstorm, they were able to complete the project on time. The cost of the project was reasonable, and the cost estimated did not change. In addition, the cost included the removal of trash. Thanks to all team members involved in completing the project. I'm so pleased with the outcome and happy to be able to enjoy outdoors without annoying insects. Unfortunately, I was not able to upload the photos. I also received several compliments from neighbors and was asked to provide the business contact information for work they may want done. I have also requested and received another estimate for additional work to be done. Thanks Guys!

His crew was very nice and was very knowledgeable . The work they did was outstanding! José worked very well with me in trying to get the look that I wanted . He took his time and gave me ideas on ways he could make the patio I wanted . They cleaned up better than it was when they started . I will definitely call when I’m ready for more work!
