I hired Shay for balloon decorations for my son’s college graduation. She was very responsive and receptive to my questions and comments. On the day of the event (which was extremely hot!), she remained positive and professional while installing the balloon decorations. She was great to work with!

I will reach out to customers to get an idea of what they’re looking for .Next step will be to create an invoice based upon our conversation .If the invoice is agreed-upon, then payment for deposit.
