I had contacted C&D through Thumbtack, and was pleasantly impressed at the quick response from their team. I had communicated through messaging my dilemma (rental property had experienced a critter) and the same day I received the info from my tenant, I reached out to C&D. I have never had such a quick answer from a pestcontrol company! They offered a two hour window availability which was the next morning. Today (next day) I received a call from the specialist indicating he was on his way (45 minutes before the window availability) which was fantastic, he would be on time, and my tenant would not have to wait long. I explained the situation found in the kitchen, and if he would inspect other areas. He did, found some other areas that needed treatment, and sealed off small areas that could be used for hiding places. Checked the vents, behind the refrigerator, applied treatment to possible areas that the critter could go. Afterwards, he called back to explain what was done, as well as let my tenant know what was completed. He was very thorough, in work, and explanations to me on the phone in that I had no additional questions. Prompt, upfront, efficient, and thorough, exactly what I needed for my rental home.

They were wonderful, first being available on the holiday weekend, Being polite, professional and knowledgeable regarding my rodent issue. I tried to get in touch with the big companies who were not available….But I am so glad I came across C&D today. I will continue to use them for all my home pestcontrol needs. What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs we do for our clients include preventative bug treatments, roaches, bed bug extermination, and general pests such as ants, spiders, crickets, bees, wasps, beetles, etc. We also do home exclusions for mouse and rat prevention as well as removal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice when hiring an exterminator is to stick with a smaller, local company. A local company is more likely to hire technicians with more years of experience who are likely to take pride in their work. Additionally, local companies typically have lower overhead and are able to keep the costs of their services in an affordable range.
