Warrior pest was quick to answer my initial questions, and then set up a date to come help with our ants and carpenter bees. I had all my questions answered when they arrived, plus some additional pointers given at the end of the service. Very friendly and helpful

Kenny was great in addressing my tenant’s rodent issue. After he treated the property, he called to explain what he had done to attempt to rid the mice issue. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions satisfactorily. As a retired Veteran, he gave me a discount making his service even more invaluable. I needed an exterminator for roaches in one of my rental properties. After bombing the house on two separate occasions and still having an issue, it was in my best interest to get a professional to find the source and fix it. I originally booked for Mon but with a last minute cancelation I was able to get the service sooner. Kenneth contacted me enroute, when at rhe property, and provided a thorough breakdown of the service provided and recommendations for source issues. I would recommend.

I have had a few pest control services, but Warrior Pest is by far the best company I have worked with since becoming a home owner. They have a monthly service that I have, if I’m being honest, over utilized. I see bugs/pests and they come out. He always makes times. Also, he’s happy to explain things and unlike others his products work. If you have pets, definitely hire him. He explains what to do so you never have to worry.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitively priced because I am a small business just getting started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get detailed information about your home or business and talk to you about what you are experiencing. I will then offer a free inspection for pests other than bedbugs (fees apply) and an official WDO report for home selling (fees apply). When I perform the inspection I will let you know what I’ve found and what I recommend as far as services as well as prices of those services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Maryland in all categories that we perform in. I am also a Associate Certified Entomologist (most companies do not have an Entomologist on staff)
