OMG, Kenny is Amazing!! My husband contacted him and he responded in a timely fashion. He arrived on time, he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns, did a throughout inspection of the area then told me his assessment and recommendations. I had a million and one questions and he Answered All of them. He did a treatment and suggested other things we could do on our own. Overall it was a pleasant and professional experience and I would highly recommend him and his company.

Kenny was excellent. He came by and treated my house for ant and silverfish issues I was having. He assessed my entire home and made some recommendations on where incursions could be occurring in addition to the treatments. Very knowledgeable and will definitely be hiring him again if we have any problems in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitively priced because I am a small business just getting started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get detailed information about your home or business and talk to you about what you are experiencing. I will then offer a free inspection for pests other than bedbugs (fees apply) and an official WDO report for home selling (fees apply). When I perform the inspection I will let you know what I’ve found and what I recommend as far as services as well as prices of those services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Maryland in all categories that we perform in. I am also a Associate Certified Entomologist (most companies do not have an Entomologist on staff)
