They were one time, professional, and understanding. I was able to explain what the problem is and they quickly jumped into action and showed me where they found issues and on top of that they told me areas of improvement I really appreciate the hard work and we'll look forward to working with them again.

My AC stopped working and Jose was able to come and check out the problem. After he did a ton of troubleshooting to make sure it wasn’t an easy part replacement, we found out it was the compressor. We agreed a full replacement was best as he included a good warranty. Paid the 70% deposit and the unit and parts were delivered yesterday. Today everything is installed and we finally have cold air.

Fox Air arrived at my house 30 minutes after I called them. They completed a dryer vent cleaning that another vendor had botched and installed new hose for much less than other vendor charged. We have them scheduled to clean our chimney and air ducts later this week.
