They were one time, professional, and understanding. My AC stopped working and Jose was able to come and check out the problem. After he did a ton of troubleshooting to make sure it wasn’t an easy part replacement, we found out it was the compressor. We agreed a full replacement was best as he included a good warranty. Paid the 70% deposit and the unit and parts were delivered yesterday. Today everything is installed and we finally have cold air.
