- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Master Craftsman is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm $85 will be charged for any on-site estimates. The $85 on-site estimate charge will be credited on final invoice. Customer must be home at time craftsman is completing the project. All work must be signed when completed. Payment is due at time work is complete by Cash, CashApp, Venmo or Zelle Not the most expensive and not the cheapest. As my grand mom use to say "you get what you pay for". Our craftsman have over 20+ years of experience to offer. We are insured and bonded for your protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with customer over the phone to understand scope of work. Provide estimated price for work and an estimate of how many hours it will take to complete. Once at location review estimate price with customer and any issues that may arise (things unseen for example mold or infestation within walls). Once all parties agree work is scheduled and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a general contractor for 20+ years renovating homes, building patio enclosures, decks, painting, drywall, plumbing, electric work, HVAC, flooring and tile work.
