It was an absolute pleasure working with Brian. He took into consideration my apprehension about his recommendations regarding the appropriate repair technique for water damage and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the outcome. I have future plans to paint and replace carpeting and will use Addison Property Solutions for these projects

Just the best! Really understood the problem right from the start. Very careful and thoughtful about how to fix it and then fixed it. He kept me updated about when he would arrive and always kept me informed about what was going on. I will always call hiim to fix my probllems.
