I hired Peter to complete several projects in my house including full amd touch up painting, caulking and a few other minor items. From the start Peter was responsive, kept his word and was helpful in explaining the work they were going to do. Both he and Julian did an amazing job! My paint color was matched but most importantly I couldn't tell where the touch up work happened because they did such a great job. Definitely would recommend!

I reached out to Provisional Property Solutions last Wednesday for snow plowing services this week, in anticipation of the impending snow storm. I was told to reach out again when snow was imminent (that was a bit confusing because all of Maryland knew the snow was coming). Yesterday, we messaged through the App and agreed on a price (more than the $75-$85 that was estimated for my property) and service date, which was supposed to be today. After not receiving a time and no one showing up in the morning, I messaged this business around 1pm. Several hours later no one had replied to my message, so I called around 5pm (didn’t notice the call feature until later). The person I spoke to asked for my address and told me he would arrive in 20-25 minutes. Two to three hours passed and, again, no-show and no-call. I messaged to say I was going to find someone else to do the service after not hearing anything, and it’s after 10pm and I still haven’t gotten a response. I am disappointed by my experience with this company.
