Probably one of the most enjoyable aspects of home inspection is the detective element involved. Every home, from the 1880s victorian, the 1920s craftsman, the post-war ranch, the 2000s mcmansion, and even a new construction home has undiscovered elements. It is highly enjoyable to put our knowledge, skills, and high-tech tools to use to uncover those secrets for you.
Along with the great fun of uncovering a home's past, the next best part of a home inspection is meeting and spending time with our clients. Helping new home buyers, whether they are first time buyers or seasoned pros, is greatly satisfying. Even though we usually only get a couple of hours in-person with our clients, we build a great rapport, and by the end of the inspection we are good friends. After the inspection we're always there for our clients, available to answer questions or concerns through email or by phone, whenever we're needed.

I am so glad that I chose Inspectisure. This was my first experience going through an inspection and I am relieved that I did it with Andy. He was early, friendly, professional, extremely thorough, funny, and patient with his explanations. He made it very clear that he was there to help me understand all the problems and challenges the house might present, and to leave no stone unturned. I felt very secure in Andy's assessments and was glad to be made aware of the numerous issues that he found that we never would have found out about otherwise.
It is worth pointing out that Inspectisure's rates we among the lowest I was quoted and yet the service provided was exceptional. They even gave me a home inspection manual and a cool little multitool! While it doesn't actually have any impact on the quality of the inspection, I'm a sucker for instruction manuals and swag.
If you are looking for an inspection you can trust, I'd strongly recommend looking into Inspectisure. It might not matter to you, but I felt even better know that Inspectisure is family owned and operated in the truest sense.

We were under 5 day contingency to have the home inspection done and to discuss repairs with the seller and thanks to Inspecticure we met that deadline on time! Andy provided us with an outstanding 57 page report and he even delivered it to us on his birthday! That and the report itself speak volumes about his professionalism and extensive knowledge. Two things to note, I requested a general inspection to include infra red camera pictures and those haven't been delivered to us but that's ok on this occasion as the report had enough information to start further investigations. Also, while working Andy seemed to prefer his own space to work undisturbed by questions and people checking on him (we had a party of 5 and a child!). It is understandable now because the contract clause says that any "comments would be offered as a courtesy, but these comments would not comprise the bargained-for report." We only received the contract after the inspection so there was a little bit of a misunderstanding during Andy's time with us as to what was expected. So overall, I recommend you use Inspectisure for the amazing value, absolutely thorough job that will help you understand your dream home top to bottom but do make sure you read and sign the contract with the company before you book!

I didn't actually use this company due to an issue that was no fault of theirs. Although I couldn't do the home inspection the customer service and help trying to resolve the matter was second to none. They did everything they could to help me and they kept me informed of changes along the way.

Wow...wow..wow...Detailed work does not describe Andy's work, Exceptional and thorough... words would fell me to describe his tenacity to get this done to the granular level....
