Introduction: I would have to say my work stands out because it really doesn't feel like work to me. I fell in love with the whole AV industry years ago as i was learning to incorporate all my AV gear with my home theater receiver. Once i saw how it all worked I knew what I wanted to do. I like the WOW factor that the customer gets when they see what they really paid for in their gear and how it all works.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple classes with Infocomm (CTS branded classes), and i continue to take them when i feel they will be useful to my mission.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Hanging a television on a wall, hooking up almost always a cable box and blu ray or video gaming system. Incorporating all of these with a home theater receiver to bring all of the sound and video together.
