Pricing is fair and set based on the service that you want and the size of your home that will need to be treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to your concerns and asking a few questions to understand the situation. I’ll explain my treatment process in simple terms, including what to expect before, during, and after service. On the day of treatment, I’ll complete a detailed inspection and apply safe, professional-grade products to target bed bugs where they hide. I offer clear follow-up instructions and provide a free follow-up inspection to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. An onsite inspection may also be performed to confirm live bed bug activity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in pest control, with a focus on bed bug treatments in both residential and multi-unit properties. I’ve been professionally trained in inspection, treatment, and prevention methods, and I stay up-to-date on industry best practices to ensure I deliver safe, effective, and reliable service to every customer.
