We offer military and senior discounts, as well as frequency price reductions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person, and tour a house with the homeowner or tenant. This helps us personalize the service, understand the household’s day to day operations, and determine an appropriate price. We work around the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently earning my degree in business management, but working to satisfy customers for 23 years has definitely helped hone my service skills.
