Alexis is very nice, helpful, organized, and efficient. Originally, there were many items in the apartment. Once she came, she helped me organize all the items, and now there is a lot of space in the apartment. She also discussed with me about how to organize the items during the whole process. The apartment looks much more tidier now.

This cleaning crew employs magicians! I was so happy with their cleaning and organizing skills - it was a work of art what they did to my house! About 3 hours of deep cleaning was just the boost I needed...couldn't have done it by myself. Highly recommend.

I needed a move out clean on a Sunday that was a last minute ask. Alexis made a concession to complete new service request on the same day she already has another cleaning scheduled. She was at the house before I was and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our house to prepare for the new owners. I recommend Alexis and Maryland Clean Move for your cleaning services.

It was an absolute joy to work with Alexis. She had excellent ideas regarding how to best organize my very cluttered space. She also helped do a detailed clean with extreme attention to detail.
Also excellent with dogs who hoped be multi task between organizing and loving on them.
I wish I had met her much earlier! Thanks again for helping me get a nice relaxing space in 4 hours or less :-)! She's hands down the best!

My pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the level of detail needed. Standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings are priced differently, and additional services or special circumstances may affect the final price. I believe in providing clear, upfront pricing based on the actual needs of the home, so customers know what to expect before the service begins. I’m happy to discuss the details of your home and provide a clear quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by learning about their home, the type of cleaning they need, and any specific areas or concerns they want addressed. I then provide clear pricing and explain what is included in the service so there are no surprises. Once the cleaning is scheduled, I make sure the details are confirmed and that the customer knows what to expect. On the day of service, my team arrives prepared and focuses on providing a thorough, professional cleaning. Afterward, we make sure the customer is satisfied and address any questions or concerns they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, including standard, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning. I have developed my knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, attention to detail, customer service, and efficient cleaning practices through direct experience working in customers’ homes. I also continue to stay informed on professional cleaning practices and ways to provide a safe, thorough, and consistent service.
