All in-home consultations are billed at $120 per hour and must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment. Our consultation includes an in-person space evaluation, measurements, discussion of your design vision, style preferences, project scope, and professional recommendations. A separate project retainer is required to secure your interior design project before design services begin. Project retainers and consultation fees are separate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We kindly request that prospective clients review our service pricing and be financially prepared to proceed before scheduling. LIH DIY / E-Design — Starting at $1,800 per Room Ideal for homeowners who want a professionally designed space while managing furniture purchases and installation themselves. Includes: Three concept mood boards 3D design renderings Up to two one-hour virtual consultations Furniture, décor, and material selection recommendations Professional design guidance to help execute your vision Furniture purchases, contractor services, and installation are not included. 2. LIH Home — Starting at $3,000 per Room A comprehensive interior design experience for clients seeking a beautifully coordinated room makeover with professional design guidance and project oversight. Includes: Three concept mood boards 3D design renderings Design consultations and selections Furniture and décor sourcing and procurement assistance Project management oversight Scheduled on-site visits Furniture and décor placement Furniture, décor, contractor fees, construction, and specialized installation costs are separate. 3. LIH Exclusive — Starting at $5,000 per Room Our premium interior design experience for homeowners seeking a highly personalized, cohesive, and luxurious transformation. Includes: Customized concept mood boards Detailed 3D renderings Comprehensive furniture, décor, and material selections Furniture and décor sourcing and procurement assistance Project management oversight Scheduled on-site visits Personalized shopping assistance Access to applicable furniture trade discounts Furniture placement, styling, and artwork installation Furniture, décor, materials, construction, and applicable contractor fees are charged separately. Our Approach to Complete Room Makeovers For clients selecting our complete room makeover packages, we believe exceptional design requires the freedom to reimagine a space. We work best with homeowners who are ready and willing to make significant changes to their existing rooms, including replacing outdated furniture, introducing new décor, changing color palettes, updating lighting, and incorporating statement pieces where appropriate. Our complete makeover packages are designed for clients who desire a cohesive, professionally designed transformation rather than simply rearranging existing furniture or making minor decorative changes. All design decisions are discussed with you and remain subject to your approval. Booking & Payment Policy Please read before submitting an inquiry: $120/hour in-home consultation fee: Required and payable in advance before any home visit is confirmed. Project retainer: A separate retainer is required to reserve your project and begin design services. Design package pricing: Starts at $1,800, $3,000, or $5,000 per room, depending on the selected package. Additional project expenses: Furniture, décor, materials, construction, and applicable contractor fees are not included unless expressly stated. Complete makeover expectations: Clients selecting full-room design packages should be prepared to invest in meaningful changes, including new furniture and décor where recommended. Individual services: Accent walls and other standalone decorating services are welcome and priced based on the project scope.
