Kevin showed up from KCM, and took care of business! We are pleased. Happy the mini forest is gone, and we can reclaim our small backyard again! 4.5 stars only because the service was a bit pricey($) for such a small area. Plus we appreciate the amazing clean up efforts afterward. See before & after pic.

From the moment I contacted KCM, I was met with professional. The process was explained and my needs were considered. I was educated on other options to fix my issue that I wasn't aware of. KCM showed up at the agreed upon time and delivered the service that was promised. This company definitely stands out! Recently, I've had several home improvement projects and had to fire contractors for lack of business etiquette. Ex: Not showing up, not showing up on time without proper notification etc. This is extremely important to me. I greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service which nowadays is a rarity.
