What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are $50 non-refundable deposit required to Save the Date in my calendar. $150 due 7 days prior to the big day, or at rehearsal, unless other arrangements have been agreed to by all parties. To add $.50 cent a mile and any toll charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a couple for the first time, the first step is to set up a date and time to talk about their expectations. When we come to an agreeable plan I will lock in the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been part of and help plan several weddings. Having been a Brides Maid, Matron of Honor, and a Bride myself, I have an understanding what the couple is going through. I obtained my Wedding Officiant Credentials to help other couple unite their love for one another.
