    Super Cleaning Service!
    While we cancelled service a year ago, we always felt that Sara's work was outstanding and we were always pleased. We enjoyed coming home to a fresh, clean home and it helps that Sara is friendly and flexible with schedules as needed. With all of these reasons, it was not hard to come back - we are resuming our service with her! Can't wait!!

    Amazing Cleaning Service
    Sara and her team have been cleaning our home for almost 10 years! Spotless Cleaners pay attention to details and clean every corner of our home. We really couldn't ask for a better team helping us keep our home tidy. And they are great with our dog, too!

    Excellent service!
    Sara's been cleaning my house every two weeks for almost two years. She's easy to work with and I'm happy to have her help. She does a great job, never cancels on me, and really takes great care of my home. I know I don't have to worry about anything while she's there and that is very much appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We price per room and prices are based on the size and condition of the home, along with the amount of furnishings, number of pets, and frequency of service. We often find a client will just need their main living areas cleaned and many services don't offer this kind of customization. Price per room ranges from $5 (stairs/hallway - foyer) to $45 (large kitchen/bathroom) Most kitchens are $20, 4 piece bath $25, and other rooms $10-$15. Prices include "deep cleaning every cleaning" - ceiling fans, baseboards, floors vacuumed/edged and mopped. Bathrooms hand wiped after vac/mop. We go the extra mile and don't miss details! You will not be disappointed in the value of our services!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I direct all customers to fill out an online estimate form on my website. This way I can have send you a more accurate price quote based on the specifics of your home, recommend the best service for your home, and have all your contact information in one place. Then we can schedule your appointment for Monday-Friday between 9am-12pm (start time) or I'm happy to schedule a free in home estimate in the evenings or weekends whenever you're available. I can also schedule your initial cleaning during the evening or on a weekend if you prefer. Then we pick a day for your cleaning and you'll keep that same day and time slot according to your cleaning schedule. Look forward to never having to clean your house again! 😊
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers! From working professionals to homemakers - college students and the elderly. We help whomever we can! The most common jobs that we do are regularly scheduled routine cleanings - offering a deep cleaning each time from ceiling fans to baseboards. We also do a number of move in/out cleanings for tenants, realtors, property managers, and landlords.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm quite fond of cleaning for all of my clients! Today I cleaned a home in Federal Hill - 2 beds, 3 baths and 3 levels. I do this one by myself and it takes me about 2 and a half hours bi-weekly. It's always nice to be greeted by Mr Bean - my favorite brown lab. Cleaning for my clients now is like visiting family - yesterday I cleaned a den while my clients toddler watched a movie. She (the toddler 😊) said it was ok. My clients expressing their appreciation makes me enjoy my job and those I work with. I am so grateful to know such amazing people and looking forward to meeting many more!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The only thing I can say is check references. It's hard to tell what kind of cleaning company you're hiring until you do. It's worth it to get an in home estimate! It's a chance to meet your cleaner and get a feel for them and let them know exactly what you expect from your cleaning.
