FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of service, travel distance, number of notarizations, and whether apostille or translation services are needed. I provide clear pricing upfront with no hidden fees. Mobile appointments, evenings, weekends, hospitals, correctional facilities, and urgent same-day requests may have additional travel or rush fees. Discounts may be available for multiple documents or combined services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions to make sure your documents are prepared correctly and to avoid delays. Once I confirm the details, we schedule a convenient mobile appointment or document drop-off. I guide clients step by step through the notarization or apostille process and provide updates throughout the job. My goal is to make the process simple, accurate, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Maryland Notary Public with hands-on experience handling notarizations, apostille processing, translations, and document preparation for clients throughout Maryland and the DMV area. I have experience working with personal, legal, medical, educational, and international documents, including urgent and time-sensitive cases. I continuously study state requirements and document procedures to provide accurate and reliable service.
