Its been so great having Calvin as a trainer. I wanted someone to help me build confidence in using the weights and machines at the gym for when I do it alone. Along with that , I was hoping to gain strength and lose weight. After 8 sessions , not only have I gotten stronger in how much I can lift, but Ive also lost 10lbs!!
He is professional, personable , and kind ........but he still pushes me and takes me out of my comfort zone, even when I cry and beg him not to 😅.
I have just rebooked him for 8 more sessions. And looking forward to seeing all my future progress!
