Josh is very client-focused. At your first session, he will discuss what your goals are, if you have any injuries, issues that will impact your training, and the type of activities you enjoy. From there he establishes a program that will put you on the road to success. In the month that I have been working with him, I can already see a huge difference.

Josh is such a great trainer. He pushes me through because he believes in my ability to get fit. I just started my second round of training with josh and looking forward to more great results. I would recommend him easy to anyone ready to get fit .

Josh is an excellent trainer! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness. I've been working with him for a little over three years. I've gain a lot of strength and endurance since I started training with him. He will push you - HARD but he's well aware of your limits and won't make you do anything that is more than you can handle. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgable and highly qualified trainer!
