Josh is an excellent trainer! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness. I've been working with him for a little over three years. I've gain a lot of strength and endurance since I started training with him. He will push you - HARD but he's well aware of your limits and won't make you do anything that is more than you can handle. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgable and highly qualified trainer!

Josh is a consummate professional! What makes him a great fitness instructor is that he practices what he preaches. He does not give his clients one thing and reflect another thing in his own life. If Josh says watch what you eat, he also watches what he eats! Just a fantastic trainer!

Josh is such a great trainer. He pushes me through because he believes in my ability to get fit. I just started my second round of training with josh and looking forward to more great results. I would recommend him easy to anyone ready to get fit .
