If I could give Jose and his team more than five stars, I absolutely would.From our very first conversation, Jose was exceptional. His communication was fast, clear, and consistent throughout the entire project. He took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned for our patio and helped bring that vision to life. What really stood out was his honesty and integrityif there was an idea we had that he felt wouldn't look as good in reality, he wasn't afraid to tell us. Instead of simply agreeing with everything, he offered thoughtful recommendations that ultimately made the finished project even better. It's rare to find someone who genuinely puts the quality of the end result ahead of making a quick sale.Jose was also incredibly involved throughout the entire process. He regularly stopped by to oversee the project, making sure everything was being completed exactly as he had planned and that his high standards were being met. That level of hands-on involvement gave us tremendous confidence and showed how much he truly cares about his work and his customers.His hardscaping crew deserves just as much recognition. They were phenomenalarriving early every morning, working late, and treating our property with the utmost respect. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and courteous. What amazed us most was the craftsmanship. They completed what was estimated to be a seven-day project in just three and a half days without ever sacrificing quality. Every stone was installed by hand with incredible care, precision, and attention to detail. You can tell they take immense pride in their work.The pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, especially considering the outstanding quality of the materials and workmanship. The finished patio exceeded every expectation we had and has completely transformed our outdoor space.We were so impressed with Jose and his team that we've already scheduled additional landscaping projects for the fall and spring. I cannot recommend Jose Alvarez and Jsonlandscaping llc highly enough. From the start, his professionalism was evident. He actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. His teams execution was incredibly efficient; they moved through the hardscaping with the fluid intelligence of true experts, completing the entire project well before his original estimate.What truly set Jose apart, however, was his commitment to the final details. He stayed late to ensure the dark charcoal border was flawless, replacing any stones that weren't perfect to ensure a seamless finish. He cleaned the workspace so thoroughly that the only evidence he was ever there is the stunning, high-quality masonry left behind. If you want a contractor who values your time, respects your home, and delivers elite results, Jose is the one to call.
