⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with 3J and G Tree Company and would highly recommend Roberto and his crew to anyone needing tree service. I found Roberto through Thumbtack after seeing all of the great reviews, and he absolutely lived up to them. He responded quickly, scheduled the job right away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and gave me a very fair price. I hired him to remove a large tulip poplar in my backyard that was close to my house. Not only did his crew remove the tree safely and efficiently, but Roberto went well above and beyond what we originally agreed upon. He ground the stump from the tree without me even asking. I had mentioned wanting to give my next-door neighbor some of the wood, and instead of just leaving a few pieces, his crew took the time to cut and split a good amount of the trunk and stack the firewood neatly for my neighbor. Roberto also noticed a large dead branch on one of my neighbor’s trees and actually offered and volunteered to remove it for them completely free of charge. He didn’t have to do that at all—it was simply another example of the kind of person he is and the level of customer service he provides. On top of all of that, he ground down an old stump in my front yard that needed to be removed, even though that wasn’t part of the original job either. His entire crew was professional, respectful, hardworking, and efficient. They cleaned everything up afterward and even put down grass seed in areas of the yard that were affected by the heavy equipment, which is sometimes unavoidable with a job this size. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Roberto didn’t just come out, do exactly what was agreed upon, and leave. He clearly cared about making sure I was happy with the work and repeatedly took the initiative to do things that weren’t part of the original job. Great communication, great price, professional crew, excellent work, and truly outstanding customer service. 3J&G Tree Company absolutely earned five stars from me. I would hire Roberto again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone looking for tree removal or other tree services.

Pedro is awesome, gave me a reasonable price which substantially lower than the 4 other contractors I had come out. Once onsite Pedro’s guys took care of the tree that fell and did a great job cleaning up area.
