- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
mCube webDesign offers many discounts to its customers. Our staple discount is 20% off all of our solutions and strategies for our veterans, first responders, and senior citizens. mCube webDesign also offers many seasonal, promotional, and bulk discounts. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
mCube webDesign has a proven and reliable method to on boarding new clients. It has been tested, time and time again, over the course of 6 years with more than 500 clients. 1) We start by getting an overview of the scope of work by an initial meeting via phone conference or in person. 2) After understanding the clients project, our team researches and develops a plan of action, official proposal, and official estimate to present to the client. 3) Once our plan is in place, we begin to design and develop the initial solution or strategy, following the plan of action. 4) With an initial solution or strategy completed, we put the final touches on it and release the final product to the world. 5) While the final solution and strategy is in the world, we continue to provide improvements and maintained to ensure effective results.

mCube webDesign team of industry-leading designers, developers, marketers, and social media experts, holds many world renown and respected certifications. Some of the certificates we hold and our employees hold come from Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft, HubSpot, Adobe, Safeforce, Google, and many others.
