Idya Oasis is a woman led events business that is based in the DMV area. We specialize in luxury balloon styling, backdrop designs, & party rentals, but we also offer DIY affordable balloons, that save you time, but still have that professional look with our grab and go garlands.
Please note: Grab and go garlands are Pick Up only and installed by you!
