Our event photographers at Arms' Perspective are skilled at capturing awe inspiring moments by investing in every shot. We also provide services for a variety of other special occasions including event photography, commercial photography, and sports photography. To preserve your pictures so that they remain lasting reminders, we will place them in custom photo books Capturing the true essence of people, places, and events is what in enjoy the most about photography. We hired LaVette at the last minute to do one hour of photography at my children's Bnai mitzvah party. We only wanted one hour of photos - to include some specific group shots as well as candid shots of people including on the dance floor. I spoke twice with LaVette in the days before the event and was immediately impressed. LaVette understood we only wanted an hour of photography but asked if she could arrive a little early to get the "lay of the land" and get a feel for the people and the event. LaVette also expressed concern with the time parameters and wanted to ensure that we both were on the same page as far as expectations. I could tell LaVette was a true artist as she wanted to make sure she captured the essence of the event and not just a series of photos. I appreciated this because it showed that LaVette wanted to produce the highest quality of photos even if only for an hour. I also appreciated LaVette's attention to detail as well as her questions which showed she was committed to fully responding to my specific requests for photos and did not want to miss any shots. On the day of the event I was wrapped up with the festivities but briefly met LaVette and saw her in action - and saw that she had communicated with the DJ and the event coordinator to make sure all were on board with helping her organize the photos we wanted taken. After the event, Lavette sent us the photos promptly (before most of our family left town!) and they were exactly what we had asked for and more. The series of photos that she took told a story and brought to life the party and the dancing. Only wish I had hired her for the whole event rather than one hour! Overall we had a excellent experience with LaVette and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

LaVette was wonderful in capturing the precious moments from our daughter's Baptism and the reception following. We will definitely call LaVette to photograph future family events. LaVette was flexible and very friendly. It was a pleasure to work with her. LaVette is extremely patient and does everything to capture the must have moments. LaVette also offered to "re-touch" some of the photos. We were able to view and access all the photos in Dropbox in less than 36 hrs! A great experience and quality photographs.

I have worked with several photographers for past events. She has truly surpassed many. She was very personable and always hard at work. Her pictures came the very next day and were perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. She made my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration a night to truly remember

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey in photography began as a hobby; taking photos of my son's sporting events. I used the images to make photo albums and share them with my son's teammates. Arms' Perspectives was formed after receiving request from the parents and coaches to capture milestones and events.
