I had a great experience with this company. The technician; whos name I may butcher badly is Goral or Gerrel, removed my ADT security system as part of my move, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained his plan before starting, and made sure I understood everything he was doing.
What impressed me the most was his attention to detail. He was very careful not to damage the walls or any of the devices during the removal and did his best to leave everything looking as neat and clean as possible. His workmanship was excellent.
He was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice about my options for security systems in the future, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate the outstanding job he did.

Eric did a great job with Google doorbell installation. It was a somewhat problematic installation due to issues on my end (finding correct circuit breaker and problem with google home app) but Eric was patient with the issues. I Would definitely recommend Eric!

Eric, the SPDS representative, was very professional, clear, and supportive when responding to my request. He explained the steps he would take, stated the cost for installation, and provided the appropriate receipts for the devices I needed. He also demonstrated the steps to charge the battery for the Ring unit. I was very pleased with the overall service.
