Eric, the SPDS representative, was very professional, clear, and supportive when responding to my request. He explained the steps he would take, stated the cost for installation, and provided the appropriate receipts for the devices I needed. He also demonstrated the steps to charge the battery for the Ring unit. I was very pleased with the overall service.

I wanted to put some ethernet ports in the house. The guys explained how the process would work and explained the changes in the plan as they went along. They were very professional and respectful. They answered all of my questions and provided me with information and suggestions on how to improve my network. They were very dedicated and stayed until the job was done. I would hire them again in the future or suggest them to family and friends.

Eric did a great job with Google doorbell installation. It was a somewhat problematic installation due to issues on my end (finding correct circuit breaker and problem with google home app) but Eric was patient with the issues. I Would definitely recommend Eric!
