If I could give 20 stars I would. I received a new roof and gutters. The owner came out and was very informative and most importantly he did not try me sell me something that wasn’t needed. My job was complete in less than 3 days.

Jose from the initial meeting was so professional. His materials were spot on and he gave great details regarding the products they would be using. All of which I was able to keep. His estimate was detailed with each line item reviewed with me. He even had the sample shingle boards. He asked while here if I wanted to replace my gutters and downspouts . When he told me the price I could not resist. As it turned out the day Jose and I scheduled him to do the roof with his crew my father was in ICU and things were not looking to good. When I texted Jose, he said, they would be fine go be with your dad. Before I got to my car 2 of the crew came to me and said family comes first, we will take care of things here. How nice I thought. To me that shows a lot about the individuals I'd want to work with in the future that is why I included that. Now the finished product , I can't find enough words. It looks wonderful. I used to be able to see dips in the shingles from rotten decking. But not anymore. I had several different color shingles from patches, but not anymore, and the ridge vent was so crushed from debris falling onto it I had to walk around the house and look for leaks after it rained but not anymore. And I have beautiful new gutters and downspouts that are attached to the house all the way around the house. As for the clean up, no one would have never known I had my roof replaced. Not one single piece of paper, shingle, felt, flashing, wood, nail etc wasto be found anywhere when I got home. I am so excited. Thank you Jose and the entire Restoration Roofing Co. Staff

Our pricing only includes a 10% profit and a 10-12% Overhead. No commissions because the owner does the estimates and inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We utilize technology to give 99.9% accuracy in pricing. We do full roof inspections with our drone and attic inspections with our Thermal Camera. We will let you know your status and the remaining life span on your roof.
