- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain services such as Social Media Management, we offer short duration minimums such as 3-months. Any services that are bundled (such as website, social media etc.) we offer a 15% discount on the entire package. Finally, any contract paid in full for one year (IE Social Media Management) will receive a discount of 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet new clients (such as yourself) we like to learn about your business. We research your website, social media accounts and find out what you are doing currently to market your business. This allows us to find out how we may be serve your business building needs. We DO offer some OFF THE SHELF products and services, but if you need a custom marketing program, we will take the time to provide you with detailed information about how we can help you and exactly what the investment will be to work with us,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combination of degrees and certifications related to the world of online marketing to ensure your project is completed with the utmost in professionalism, up to date best practices, AND effectiveness in reaching stated goals. Google Certifcation, Facebook Certification, and Online digital marketing certifications keep our team on their toes in this ever changing and updating world of online marketing. During our 12 year journey at Mid Atlantic Social Media & Marketing, we have worked with thousdands of clients from small 1-person owned businesses, to some of the largest corporations in the world. Our services have ranged from simple 350 word blog posts, to yearly budgets in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to manage large corporate brand social media and online assets. We treat EVERY client like their are our only client, no matter how big or small their business may be.
