After learning that my Chapter 13 Case had been Dismissed 1 Day after it was filed by another Law Firm and being told by this same law firm that I would have to file and pay all of the legal and Court fees again, I immediately started searching via Google to find another law firm. I was very fortunate to come across this Law Firm. I called and spoke to (Ms.) Tracy. Tracy knew that I was very frustrated and confused, but she very professionally and patiently answered my questions. Even though I did not set up a Consultation day and time with Tracy, I did later send a request for a consultation via their fantastic website portal and I got an acknowledgement/response via email from Attorney Bell himself. I was later able to consult with Attorney Bell and I could tell right away he is a Total Winneras far as Attorneys go and I wish I had known about him before I Retained the other law firm. Anyway, I would advise Anyone to please and if possible, do not attempt to file for Bankruptcy without an Attorney. I thought for a minute about filing myself, but that thought is over now because I now know that without an Attorney, (even if the case is Dismissed), you are more likely to get back in court so to speak with the help of an Attorney than without one. Period. Instead, call This Office/Attorney Bell. He is Very Honest, Down To Earth and Extremely Knowledgeable. I also suffer from numerous Physical and Mental Health Disibilities too, so on top of everything else, I truly appreciate to time, patience and kindness that both Tracy and Attorney Bell gave/extended to me. Once again folks, Call and/or write this Office for a consultation, You Will Not Regret It:)
