Donald was very professional and extremely punctual. He painted efficiently and he was focused so I feel a good amount of work was done in the time he was here. He was very patient with me as I was indecisive with colors. But he was sweet, he said how about I put a coat on and then you can see if you want to go with this one or the other one. He was forced to guide me on what color would look better. He broke down the lighting in the room and using other colors and the size of the room to help lean toward one color over the other. That was probably beyond he job description but I appreciated it. I got alot of work done, people have come over and complimented the walls and other professionals have told me he's done a really good job. I think the house looks a thousand times better. It's amazing what paint can do. He also put the furniture back which some painters dont do. One of the jobs was to paint over wall paper and I feel he did a great job with that. DJ has been a pleasure to work with. He was very punctual. He arrived 7am everyday and was never late. His work quality is definitely excellent. I am very particular on my painters and he’s definitely met my standards. And he gives you great value for your money and some more since he always do some extras for you. Hello Robert, this is DJ from rcn services. I completed your job on the 15th of October. Before I left the job I asked your wife to go through the house and look for any touch ups, and she did. She found some and I did do the touch ups. I asked if she was satisfied with the job and she said "everything looks great" and she paid me. I sent an email closing the job out and paid in full. A couple of days later you contacted me through email stating your wife found more touch ups, after the job was already completed. I gave you and her enough time to go through the house and look for anything that needed to be touched up. The job was already closed and you guys were satisfied. I do not leave a job unless my customer/customers are satisfied. I allow the customer to do a walk through while I'm there. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and your wife.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do a per day price, and the price I give does not change for any reason no matter how long the job takes. Also I do bundled packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First getting to know them and make sure their comfortable with me and making sure that they don't feel rushed into anything. And going over everything from start to finish. From what's involved in the pricing to how long it will take to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was taught by a employer with 30 years of experience. Now today I have 25 years of hands on experience.
