The reservation agents answer the calls and books the rides for next day and on up to the next month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner worked in transportation as a supervisor, manager, superintendent, driver, dispatcher, and most importantly as a customer and rider. So he understands the importance of customer service from all angles and aspects of the job.
