I had an excellent experience Andre the electrician I hired through Thumbtack. He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. After a brief assessment, he quickly diagnosed the issue causing the power outage and confidently identified that the problem wasn’t internal, but actually coming from the BGE supply line to the house.
What stood out most was how efficiently he handled the situation, no guesswork, no unnecessary delays. He explained everything clearly, which gave me peace of mind, and guided me on the next steps to resolve it with the utility company. Within 30 minutes BGE came out and changed the damaged supply wires that caused power outage.
