3 fans installed (replacing old fans) but 1 fan (in kitchen) was installed leaving an exposed hole in the ceiling from the larger fan he replaced. I bought a ceiling medallion the same day and returned with it but he never offered to install it. I sent him multiple texts asking if he could return to install the medallion. He only needed to loosen the fan base, slide the medallion under it and re-tighten it. I had the medallion cut in half so it could be easily slid under the base to hide the hole. I sent several text messages to 443-991-2931 but he kept stalling saying may be this day or then it was maybe another day and finally just stopped replying to my texts. His last text was that he would let me know when he was available. I replied that I wish I could believe that but he hasn't kept any of his word since getting paid. Would never use him again!!!
