Introduction: The purpose of Phil Mor Fit is to involve everyone and anyone who needs guidance not only with health and fitness but with the path of life itself, regardless the environment, distance, finances, or whatever the case may be. There is nothing in between us or stopping us from lending a helping hand to inspire, motivate, and change lives 1 person at a time. Phil Mor Fit is different because we accept everyone, we believe there is a modification for everything in life but the goal is not to use that modification as a crutch but to move on to the next step which is going to make you a strong person physically and mentally. Changing lives, helping others grow in their walk of life while being a positive role model and sharing my walking testimony.

Phil Morgan is an Exceptional trainer and an all around outstanding human being. He employs wit and real life conversations to motivate people in his work outs,yet manages never to cross a professional or personal line. MY abs became tighter because of him,my thighs smaller.. He was never late for a training session and could be seen helping his fellow employees stock the floor or clean up when they were tied up with customers. Phil Never forgot that Planet Fitness customers buttered his bread. I miss him and haven't really seriously been part of a Planet Fitness training class since he left.

Yes I continuously read up on the new trends and data about health and fitness..
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have my BS degree in Sports Medicine and Physical Education, MS in Sports Rehabilitation, Exercise Science, and Health Promotion. I am currently working on my PsyD of Sports Psychology and Performance.
