- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Furniture assembly pricing starts at just $29 for a LIMITED TIME ONLY! Logo design starts at $379. Please inquire for web and graphic design services and pricing with *very detailed and specific* project requirements for consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Furniture assembly clients: Once we connect on Thumbtack we will finalize the services needed and schedule a date and time to get your project completed. The fee is paid upon project completion. Logo design clients: Half of the fee is due upfront, no exceptions. Once we connect on Thumbtack I will send you a 1-page form for you to complete about your brand or how you envision your brand. From there, I will begin illustrating your design and touch base with you at least every 48 hours with drafts via email, until your custom design is finalized. Web/graphic design clients: Half of the fee is due upfront, no exceptions. Please inquire for web design services and pricing with *very detailed and specific* project requirements for consideration. I mostly recommend and prefer to build on WordPress for its amount of resources, ease of use, and portability. If you will be traveling to me, please note my office is in Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
