Cliff was able to come out the same day which I appreciated. He charged a reasonable rate and was able to put together my furniture fairly quickly. He’s also a nice guy. The only minor qualm I would have is while he did make me aware of a major issue (damage from shipping) with the furniture, there were a number of smaller damaged areas that I didn’t see until after the fact and wish he had made me aware of immediately. However, I would say that I am partially to blame as I didn’t take the time to look at everything closely upon completion before he left. And, it wouldn’t have mattered at the end of the day because it’s too complicated to return furniture (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) once it’s already been unpackaged and put together. All in all, I recommend him and would hire him again.
